One fixed fee. No surprises.
The fee is set by two things: the size of your organisation and which surfaces you run the service in. Unlimited answers and all languages are included.
Why not per answer
We want you hoping for high volume.
Every question answered is a case that did not have to reach your service desk. If we charged per answer, heavy use, which is the service working, would become a rising cost for you. So the fee is fixed.
The price is set before the agreement is signed and is not affected by usage volume. The agreement carries a customary fair use clause that applies only to extraordinary volumes, such as automated traffic. It never affects normal use, however heavy.

All languages are always included. Being able to help every one of your customers regardless of language is part of the core, not an add-on.
Pilot
Six to eight weeks, fixed price
We normally start with a pilot on clear measurement points that we define together, for example resolution rate and load taken off your service desk. The pilot fee is credited against your first annual agreement.
To start we need access to the content the answers will be based on, a point of contact, and an agreement on the measurement points. No IT project is required to get going.
Agreement and terms
The things that usually surface in negotiation, said upfront
Annual, then one month
We work with annual agreements, which gives you a predictable price and gives us room to invest in your implementation. After the first year it runs with one month's notice.
Fixed for the term
The price is set by the size band at signing and adjusts at annual renewal, not during the term. At renewal it is index-adjusted against the consumer price index.
Surfaces can be added
Additional surfaces can be added at any time and are charged as a fixed monthly addition from activation.
The content is yours
Your knowledge base and your data are handed over and deleted per the agreement when the engagement ends. You are never locked in. We invoice monthly in SEK.
Why there is no price list here
We set the price in conversation, not in a band on a page.
The exact price depends on your size and the number of surfaces. We do not put figures here, because that would be a guess about which organisation you are. Book a meeting and we will put a concrete proposal together.
If you have several brands in one group we handle that contractually. We also work with the public sector and adapt the price structure to how public organisations are set up.
