Solutions
Three segments where the answer is rarely simple.
Our question bank is built from what customers actually write, not from what a product catalogue says. The questions below are drawn from it.
Consumer credit
Core segmentThe questions arrive because something happened in someone's life
What customers actually ask
- Can I change my due date so it matches when I get paid?
- My direct debit didn't go through this month. Why?
- What is my exact settlement figure today?
- Does the deposit guarantee apply per account or per person? I have three savings accounts with you.
- I've lost my job and have two years left on the loan. What do I do?
- My husband has died and he had a loan with you. What happens now?
- Help, I think my identity has been stolen. Someone has tried to take a loan in my name.
Why it is hard
These are not product questions. They are life events that happen to have a credit in the middle of them. The answer has to be right about your own product, right about what the law says, and put in a way that holds up for someone already having a bad day. A generic chatbot manages the tone but not the facts; an FAQ manages the facts but not the question.
What we do differently
The agent answers on your own product where your content carries the answer, and on the general rules where it does not. Where the answer needs an individual assessment it says so and hands over to a person, instead of guessing at a rate or an amount.
Debt collection
Every answer is read by someone under stress
What customers actually ask
- I've already paid this invoice. Why am I getting a collection notice?
- Can I set up a payment plan right here in the chat?
- I paid on the due date. Do I still have to pay the reminder and collection fees?
- I got a text about a debt with you with a link to click. Is it a scam?
- I have claims from three companies and can't cover them all. Which do I pay first?
- If it goes all the way to the enforcement authority, what could this end up costing me in fees?
Why it is hard
Someone who has received a demand letter wants to know what happens next, not only what the invoice says. Fair collection practice is not a tone of voice, it is a requirement. This is also the area where consumers are most often targeted by fraud attempts in your name, and where a wrong statement about the escalation steps or the fees has immediate financial consequences for the person reading it.
What we do differently
The agent explains the escalation factually and step by step, never as a threat, and it knows where your process ends and the authority's begins. The scam-text question gets answered by describing what your real communication looks like, which is an answer that protects both the recipient and your brand.
Credit bureaus
Every credit decision leans on you. Every consumer has questions.
What customers actually ask
- Can I see my own credit report for free?
- How long do credit checks stay visible in my report?
- I got something called an inquiry copy from you. Why?
- The bank refused my loan and said it was down to your data. What have you done?!
- You know my income?! Where did you get that from?
- Can you remove my payment remark? I've paid the whole debt now.
Why it is hard
Almost every question is a rights question and an emotional question at the same time. The answer has to be exact, because how long an entry stays visible and who may request it are both regulated, and it must not sound like you are defending yourself.
What we do differently
This is the segment where the shared verified layer earns its keep. Measured on 2026-08-05, around seven in ten answers to credit-bureau questions drew wholly or partly on that layer, because they concern rules and rights that no individual company publishes on its own site.
